Romans 4:16

John Nunnikhoven

So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift. And we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham's. For Abraham is the father of all who believe.

It is not an exaggeration to define faith as the super weapon of all times. It is, without a doubt, the most powerful weapon that we, as Christians, have in our arsenal to fight against powers and principalities. (2Cor. 10:4, Eph. 6:16) It is a gift, freely given for us to reach out and take as our own.

Faith is not a doctrine nor is it a state of mind. It is a state of being. Faith is a condition of heart, soul, mind, conscience and strength. It is the totality of whom I am!
