The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations.
One of the proofs of Your infinitude that comforts me is that Your counsel stands forever, it is perfect and unchanging. You, as the Being that is outside time, as the One for whom everywhen is now, see all, know all, control all, do all things perfectly the first time.
