Psalm 83:5-8
For they conspire with one accord; against you they make a covenant—the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, Moab and the Hagrites, Gebal and Ammon and Amalek, Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; Asshur also has joined them; they are the strong arm of the children of Lot. Selah
Lord, could it be that what both the Js are going through is deliberate and malicious persecution against them because of their faith? I know that it is the minions of the Evil One who are attempting to breakdown their testimony. “See how weak the profession of these Christians really is.” An opportunity to discredit any claims to be able to rely on You in times of trial
But turn this around, Lord, give both of them the strength and willingness to persevere, continuing to glorify You.
