To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. A Song.
Praise is due to you, O God, in Zion, and to you shall vows be performed. O you who hear prayer, to you shall all flesh come. When iniquities prevail against me, you atone for our transgressions.
LORD, it is so amazing that before the foundation of the world, You had Your plan of salvation in place, fully worked out in all details. You knew all the facets of my sin; You knew precisely how You would provide the One who would take my place and be my substitute bearing Your wrath for my sin. You are, indeed an awesome God.
