Psalm 119:66
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.
How do I know how to apply Your commandments except through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Any other approach is simply a legalistic application of the letter of the law and without love. But as the Spirit guides and instructs, then Your Law blooms into a fragrant sacrifice of love and devotion to You. It becomes a rich source of inspiration to demonstrate my love for You and the transforming power of Your love for me.
