Psalm 119:42
then shall I have an answer for him who taunts me, for I trust in your word.
The one who taunts me, Lord, is in my own mind. Doubts and apprehensions assail me, worries and cares on every side. But Your steadfast love sustains me, Your word provides guidance and stability, Your statutes are the answers for those thoughts that ask, “Did the Lord really say, ….” for the answer always is, “Yes, He did.”
