Psalm 108:7-9
God has promised in his holiness: “With exultation I will divide up Shechem and portion out the Valley of Succoth. Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah my scepter. Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph.”
LORD God, the Almighty, You have declared that all the nations of the world are subject to You and Your Law. You have said, “They are mine, I will be honored by them.” You have chosen me as one of Your messengers of the Good News. Place Your words in my mouth and anoint them for Your purpose.
