Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!
It appears to me, Lord, that there are two conditions that must be present in me in order to live in Your blessings. The first is to keep your testimonies/precepts/law/statutes, that keeping being the same as walking in them. the second is to seek this state of oneness with You with my whole heart (entire being). There is intentionality implied in these words–I must be determined to seek and keep.
