I will lift up my hands toward your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes.
To meditate and pray is to be. I have Your mind, it came with the infilling of the Holy Spirit, but it needs to be installed and initiated. It needs to be booted. That process is the one described in Galatians 5:15-26, Philippians 4:4-9, to learn to “think on these things.”
