Then Moses and the people of Israel sang this song to the LORD, saying, "I will sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously; the horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea…"Who is like you, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, awesome in glorious deeds, doing wonders?…The LORD will reign forever and ever."
Your supremacy is demonstrated from and by the heavenly to and for the earthly. You stopped the Egyptian army in their tracks in a way that no other being could possibly accomplish. It is no wonder that Moses and the people of Israel sang this beautiful paean of praise acknowledging Your domination of all things.
