Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD!
I did not yesterday, I was not blameless, I acted in pride. I stole another man’s self esteem, I spoke without thinking and allow my tongue to be an instrument of pain. I am weak and without redeeming qualities. I must listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit to guard my tongue, to be truly humble before You and to seek my brothers forgiveness in a spirit of contrition.
