He Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end. Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart. Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it. Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain! Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways. Confirm to your servant your promise, that you may be feared. Turn away the reproach that I dread, for your rules are good. Behold, I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life!
WOW! A stanza packed with action and special pleas for the LORD’s favor. Look at them, pour over them, let them soak in until they become the very fiber of your being. Teach me. I will keep. Give me. May keep. Observe it. Lead me. I delight. Incline my heart. Not to selfish gain. Turn my eyes from. Give me. Confirm to. Turn away the reproach. I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life!

Reading
Morning Psalm 71, Noon Psalm 119:65-72, Evening Psalm 5. If you follow this regimen, you will pray through the Psalms every 47 days or just under 8 times per year.
An alternate Reading Plan is based on 7 chapters/day from 7 sections of the Scriptures. My groupings are: Genesis-Joshua, Judges to Esther, Job to Song of Solomon, Psalms breaking 119 into convenient sets, Isaiah to Malachi, Matthew to Acts, Romans to Revelation.
Or set your own reading schedule up in convenient groupings as fits your study habits. But a daily time in the Word of the LORD is an absolute.
